John Foley
Attorney
John has been in litigation for over 40 years. During his time in Arizona , he has been a civil litigator, dependency trial attorney and worked a year for the Pinal County Attorney. For that period he was the supervisor of the Juvenile Delinquency Unit and worked in the Major Crimes Unit.
Jenny Jansch
Attorney
Jenny Jansch was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She is a married mother of three children. She received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude, in Paralegal Studies from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. She received her law degree in 2006 from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law and received numerous awards for her legal writing and advocacy skills.
Kevin O’Brien II
Attorney
Kevin O’Brien holds an undergraduate degree in strategic intelligence from Patrick Henry College and a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University. He passed the bar during his final year of law school. Initially drawn to the business sector, Kevin found his true calling in helping individuals navigate one of life’s most challenging moments—divorce. He now specializes exclusively in the preparation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), handling the division of various retirement plans such as private pensions, military retired pay, multiple state and private retirement systems, IRAs, and a variety of investment accounts.
