Reeves Maxwell Appellate Law Boutique Joins GillespieShields
PHOENIX, ARIZONA – July 16, 2019: The law firm of Gillespie, Shields, Goldfarb, Taylor & Houk is pleased to welcome Kristina Reeves and April Maxwell, the co-founders of Reeves Maxwell Appellate Law Boutique, one of Arizona’s premier appellate litigation firms, who have joined the firm today.
Reeves Maxwell’s appellate practice will now become the seventh practice area at GillespieShields, further diversifying the thirty-four-year-old firm’s already expansive portfolio of legal services. GillespieShields previously offered experienced legal counsel in the areas of family, employment, civil, criminal and probate law, with the addition of a new immigration practice in 2018.
Kristina Reeves and April Maxwell bring with them a unique blend of natural talent, affinity for the law, a combined seven years of appellate experience, and a high degree of professionalism. “Kristina and April strive for excellence in everything they do,” said DeeAn Gillespie Strub, the founding attorney of GillespieShields, “I’m so excited to have them onboard!”
The appellate practice will be primarily based out of GillespieShields’ Phoenix location, with consultations available at the Mesa office upon request. Ms. Reeves and Ms. Maxwell practice in civil and criminal appeals in both federal and state courts, and will offer a variety of services, including legal strategy consultations, appellate mediation, consultations for preserving issues for appeal, case analysis and oral argument.
