Vertuccio Farms was first started by Joe and Maria Vertuccio, who immigrated to America from Italy. They saved enough money after moving to New York to move to Arizona, where they bought 40 acres of land in Chandler. That’s how it all started…
They began by cultivating watermelons and citrus in a vineyard. They added roadside stands, a “you choose” service, and a variety of other crops to diversify their farm. They finally started doing agri-tainment and introduced a farmers market. Their son gradually became more interested in the farm sector.
Cono and his wife, Angela, now run the farm with their two young helpers, Joseph and Anthony.
In Vertuccio Farms, you can have farm-fun for the whole family at an affordable price. Whether it’s a field trip to our “Pizza Farm,” a birthday party, u-pick peaches, or any of our seasonal activities, they have something for everyone. If you don’t like walking or the weather is really hot, I suggest driving through the parking lot to the grove. You will be guided the whole way by signs. Bring some plastic grocery bags or pick up a cardboard crate near the “Start Here” sign to carry your peaches.You and your family will be happy when you leave.
Their annual corn maze and pumpkin patch, as well as their famous Christmas Farm Light Celebration, are both worth visiting. Tons of lights and events in the park that’s exciting for both kids and adults. S’mores making (extra charge), photo booth, mazes, and a variety of games are all available in the farm. There are over 2 million sparkling lights that are all synchronized to a number of Christmas classics, continuing their tradition of wholesome family fun. This immersive lighting experience will undoubtedly bring you and your family joy. Arizona’s largest and best synchronized Christmas light show, Lights at the FarmTM, spans 10 acres of Vertuccio Farms land. Take pictures with Santa and give Santa your Christmas wish list.
Every Monday Night during Lights at the FarmTM Skate on our Holiday Skating Rink, they have a special Christmas Crafts and Cookies Kids Event (special packages that include skates and skating are available). Enjoy our photo-friendly Giant Holiday Ornaments with your mates.
Vertuccio Farms has worked tirelessly over the years to ensure that the Fall Festival remains an affordable family tradition. They have become a part of the community by hosting activities all year and enjoy making new friends each year. The rest is history!
