Heidi had started her Arizona career as an Assistant Attorney General in the Arizona Assistant Attorney General’s Office for six and half years, and her practice consisted primarily of the litigation of child abuse and child neglect cases on behalf of the Department of Child Safety (DCS/CPS). In her years of private practice, she also has extensively represented her clients in a variety of cases at all stages of Juvenile Law cases in the negotiation, mediation, and litigation of cases on behalf of Clients. Intensive litigation of one case resulted in case law. (See Francisco F. v. ADES). She has handled numerous cases in Juvenile Court in both Temporary and Permanent Guardianships, Dependency, Delinquency, and Termination of Parental Rights, representing her clients in all stages of the process.
