Employment Law Overview

Employment law encompasses a broad range of issues, from discrimination and harassment to cases involving accommodations for individuals with disabilities, retaliation, and wage and hour cases. While we primarily represent employees who have been treated unfairly, we also represent employers to further the goal of enhancing the quality of the workplace. We understand that the prospect of engaging in employment litigation can be daunting. We work tirelessly to advocate for our clients’ rights and ensure their voice is heard.

As experienced employment attorneys, our ultimate goal is to help make your workplace a more productive, healthy, and happy place to work. This is beneficial for both employees and employers.

Federal law protects individuals against discrimination. However, if discrimination has occurred, representation by a capable, experienced attorney is vital.

Employers cannot terminate a person’s employment for unfair reasons, such as filing a complaint. An experienced employment attorney can help conduct an investigation to build a case against an employer for misconduct.

“Marco Acosta, Where do i even begin? I can go on and on about all the great things Marco did to help us in a very difficult time in our lives, he was very professional, knowledgeable, smart, very prompt with answering questions, Very firm with other party and very understanding when it came to the devastating situation we were facing and he fought for us until the end. When my hopes were almost gone he did his job and did it well and gave us hope again that there is light at the end of a dark tunnel. My family is forever grateful for Marco and I’m glad I got to meet someone that took the time to help us get through a life changing moment. We are forever grateful. I would highly recommend Marco to anyone needing a professional, and remarkable attorney. If i ever need someone to fight for me legally ever again, without a doubt, Marco will be the person i call.”
