The Biltmore District provides visitors with an opportunity to take in all that this fun-filled city has to offer – from impressive golf courses and breathtaking views and mouth-watering restaurants. 1. Biltmore Fashion Park | 2502 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016

The best place in Phoenix to go shopping and eat is located right at the Biltmore Fashion Park. You’ll find a variety of retailers, from Saks Fifth Avenue, Ralph Lauren, Sephora, lululemon Athletica, Arhaus as well as delicious restaurants including Capital Grille, Seasons 52, Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, and Breakfast. 2. Carnival of Illusion | 2400 E Missouri Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016

The Carnival of Illusion lets audiences travel back to a time when traveling magicians and carnival workers would perform their tricks. They perform old-world magic tricks without any special effects or modern-day technology, relying on audience participation for entertainment.

3. Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort | 2400 E Missouri Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016

The Arizona Biltmore, a luxurious Waldorf Astoria Resort and spa designed by Frank Lloyd Wright student Albert Chase MacArthur opened its doors in 1929. The Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort has been the home to many celebrities like Marilyn Monroe and musicians such as Irving Berlin, and even presidents come through its doors. 

The spa is one of the largest all-inclusive resorts in Phoenix–a place to behold with a history that can’t be passed up. Hotels that visitors don’t want to miss out on visiting during their stay in town.

4. Wrigley Mansion | 2501 E Telawa Trail, Phoenix, AZ 85016

The Wrigley Mansion is a stunning historic landmark in Phoenix, Arizona, and has been the site for many weddings and events. The hilltop mansion has been around since 1931 and gives visitors an amazing view of Phoenix, as well as being named after chewing gum tycoon William Wrigley Jr.  For only 25 dollars visitors can take an extensive tour through all parts of the beautiful estate and have lunch at Geordie Restaurant. A perfect way to make your day complete while seeing some history too. It is also rumored to be haunted which will keep visitors thinking about all those spooky tales told around campfires after dark.

5. Phoenix Country Club | 2901 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85014

Phoenix Country Club is an urban oasis in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Served by many people for over 100 years, this private country club offers high-quality amenities to those who have enjoyed its services and activities as well. 

Phoenix Country Club is a historic golf course in the Phoenix area that has hosted many prestigious tournaments, including The Charles Schwab Cup Championship and Arizona Tennis Classic. The lush landscape of this 18-hole parkland-style layout makes it perfect for a corporate event.

Living in Biltmore Area

Biltmore feels like a tiny town, despite being in the city and having a high density of stores,  with a lengthy sidewalk lined with restaurants, shops, and home bric-a-brac, all stacked side by side with almost nothing vacant. 1. Christ’s Church of the Valley (CCV) – Midtown | 2005 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016

On Christmas Eve, CCV Midtown opened its doors to the public, the seventh campus location in Arizona. CCV started out as a humble prayer group back in 1982 at the founding pastor’s home. They have grown over 35 years later into a large Christian church across multiple locations – both nationally as well as internationally.

2. St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church | 2312 E Campbell Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016

St. Thomas, the Apostle Catholic Church was officially founded on November 6, 1950. The parish is one of 12 in Phoenix and originally part of the Tucson Diocese and it continues to be a thriving community that has left an impact on not only Phoenix but also countless others across America.

3. Lincoln Heights Christian Church | 2121 E Lincoln Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85016

The Lincoln Heights Christian Church believes in one God, eternally present as three distinct personalities – the Father; Jesus Christ His Son, and Holy Spirit.

The church is a Multi-denominational church with the belief that Jesus Christ provides redemption for all who trust him. They believe their role in life and faith should be changed by no institution, denomination, or organization. 

4. Christ Church Anglican | 5811 N 20th St, Phoenix, AZ 85016

5. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints | 1835 E Missouri Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is one religion that has a long list of things in common with other Christians. They also believe prayer can heal lives and give answers, but most importantly they claim salvation through following the teachings from Jesus Christ.

The church believes that everyone is loved immensely by the heavenly Father. He knows each person’s challenges and wants them to have a strong relationship with Him through prayer.

Parks, Schools & Other Points of Interest in Biltmore Area

Biltmore is also home to some amazing parks, schools, public libraries, and schools for its citizens to enjoy.  These facilities are all world-class, beautifully maintained, and clean so residents of surrounding communities often visit to enjoy them.  Here’s a short list all located in Biltmore:  

1. Saint Thomas the Apostle School | 4510 N 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85016

The Saint Thomas the Apostle School is a traditional Roman Catholic school that teaches from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Their mission is to nurture students’ faith and instill deep knowledge in all aspects of academics while also teaching about Christ’s life message.

2. Granada Park | 6505 N 20th St, Phoenix, AZ 85016

Granada Park is a great place to bring your family and enjoy the outdoors. The two small lakes offer some peace of mind, as well as plenty of space for kids or date night with that special someone in tow. There is also a soccer field where you can play while taking advantage of all the beautiful views.

3. Madison Heights Elementary | 7150 N 22nd St, Phoenix, AZ 85020

Madison Heights Elementary is home to two signature programs for the Madison School District – Spanish Immersion and REACH-Profoundly Gifted. In 2009, this school district launched a pilot foreign language program that has been so successful it’s evolved into current offerings at all levels of education; preschool through 4th grade.

4. Phoenix Christian School PreK-8 | 2425 N 26th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008

Phoenix Christian School PreK-8 partners with local churches to provide a committed and Christ-centered education for the children in their community. 5. Camelback High School | 4612 N 28th St, Phoenix, AZ 85016

Camelback High School is a public high school of the Phoenix Union district located in Arizona. It has 2,152 students that range from 9th to 12 grade with 18 teachers per class on average. Camelbacks’ student-teacher ratio makes it one of the best schools for education around.
