Basis Scottsdale is a charter school in Scottsdale, Arizona, run by Basis Schools. Michael and Olga Block founded the school in 2003. Since its founding, BASIS Scottsdale has emphasized our students’ scholarship and leadership while adhering to the highest international academic standards. Currently, BASIS Scottsdale provides an intellectually advanced education to students in grades five through twelve.

They meet these academic requirements thanks to their whole faculty and staff’s unwavering dedication to working together to provide a favorable academic environment for its hard working pupils. A setting in which students get the abilities they need to succeed throughout their academic careers.

BASIS Scottsdale’s extensive extracurricular programs provide students with opportunities for enrichment, interaction, and other activities outside of the classroom. To enroll in or engage in extracurricular activities, students must first maintain a solid academic status and excellent behavior.

Summer programs at BASIS Scottsdale attract a large number of kids. Students can enroll in athletics, academics, or activities like chess or robotics, depending on availability.

Basis Scottsdale is not selective because it is a publicly financed school. In 2017, however, there were a thousand people on the waiting list.
